After coaching in professional, amateur and junior sport for 20 years, I then put all my energies in to Life Coaching and Mental wellbeing creating an innovative style to bring boundless enthusiasm and success to my clients. I am a fully qualified as a Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Stress Management Trainer, with my expertise being on how Mindfulness can help in dealing with stress. I also have vast knowledge of goal-setting and motivational techniques to help people reach their potential. The numerous workshops I’ve presented, including “An introduction to Mindfulness” and “Moving Forward” have all been well received and recommended to a wider audience. In 2016 I qualified as a registered Mental Health First Aider and am experienced in teaching suicide prevention techniques. I also hold a valid DBS Certificate and I have public & professional Liability insurance.
