I am a fully qualified as a Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Stress Management Trainer, with my expertise being on how Mindfulness can help in dealing with stress.
I also have vast knowledge of goal-setting and motivational techniques to help people reach their potential. The numerous workshops I’ve presented, including “An introduction to Mindfulness” and “Moving Forward” have all been well received and recommended to a wider audience. In 2016 I qualified as a registered Mental Health First Aider and am experienced in teaching suicide prevention techniques.
