My Approach to teaching mindfulness
Break it down to its simplest form.
Too many coaches and authors make practising Mindfulness appear more complicated than it actually is. Basically, Mindfulness is concentrating all your thoughts on one particular project, this could be having a drink, eating a sandwich or going on a walk, anyone can do it and it can be done at anytime, anywhere.
Whilst practising it, your blood sugar levels are lowered which results in the reduction of stress and anxiety levels. As you concentrate on one single thing, all the negativity you may be feeling is forgotten and the benefits will be there for you to feel and experience. Even after just one session, you’ll have the basics to live a more Mindfulness life.
Practising Mindfulness enables Paul Abraham to deliver talks without suffering severe pre-event stress attacks, which he endured with for many years before Mindfulness changed his life.
WHAT IS IT?
“Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. We also gain immediate access to our own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing.”
